Job Description: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The Accountant will play a critical role in managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage all aspects of the company’s financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies in all financial transactions and reporting activities. 
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company’s financial performance. 
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. 
• Monitor cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and manage working capital to support business operations and strategic initiatives. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review, including variance analysis and financial performance metrics. 
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including the development of financial models and projections to support business planning and decision-making. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely completion of audits and tax filings. 
• Provide financial analysis and support to management on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a consulting or trading company. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. 
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel. 
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends and insights. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization. 
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
